⦁ PRIME COST CONTRACT WILL BE DEPEND ON THE PRIME COST (LABOUR & MATERIAL) OF THE CONTRACT.

⦁ CONTRACTOR WILL BE MENTION THEIR OVERHEAD AND PROFIT MARGINE TO THE CLIENT BEFORE START OF THE CONTRACT IN THE AGREEMENT.

⦁ CLIENT CAN BE SUPPLY ALL THE QUALITY MATERIALS AS PER THEIR REQUIRMENT TO THE CONTRACT IN TIMELY .WITCH IS THE MATERIAL CANNOT SUPPLY BY CLIENT THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE SUPPLY THOSE MATERIALS AT CLIENT’S COST IN MARKET PRICES.

⦁ THE CLIENT CAN USED ANY QUALITY OF MATERIALS AND CAN BE DONE ANY VARIATIONS WITCH IS NOT BADLY EFFECT TO THE CONTRACT AND ALL THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS SHOULD BE UNDER THE CONSULTATIONS OF ARCHITECT AND THE CONTRACTOR.

⦁ THE CONTRACTOR OVER HEAD AND PROFIT MARGINE WILL BE THE PRECENTAGE WITCH IS ALREADY MENTIONED (15%) FROM THE TOTAL MATERIAL AND THE LABOUR COST UP TO END OF EVERY MONTH SHOULD BE GIVEN BY THE CLIENT.

⦁ THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE SUPPLY ALL THE LABOURS TO THE CONTRACT AND CONSULT THEM AND HANDLING THEM IN TIMELY TO THE CONTRACT AND SUPPLY ALL THE TOOLS TO PREFORM THE CONTRACTS TO THEIR LABOURS AND TAKE ALL THE RISK ABOUT THEIR WORKS UNTILL END OF THE CONTRACT.

⦁ THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE TAKEN ALL THE RISK ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND ALSO SHOULD BE GIVEN GOOD RESPONSIBLE WORANTEE FOR THE CONTRACT IN THE AGREEMENT.

⦁ THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE PLACED WELL KNOWLEDGE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR TO CONSULT TO THE WORKERS IN THE CONTRACT.

⦁ THE CONTRACTOR HAVING RESONABLE ADVANCE IN THE START OF THE CONTRACT TO START AND PREFORM HIS WORKS INTIMELY.
