That’s what we could have been maintain Very Lovers’ Construction Rates in Sri Lanka. DONT FOGET that We will give our other fully service free of Charge for the Constructions.
Measure and pay
We make your BOQ as per the Architectural Plan & the Schedule of Finishing what kind of Material your going to use for your Construction after wide discussion with you According to your requirement.
You have to settle the Payment after having Practical join measurement of completed construction Items and the Rates Already having in BOQ without 5% Retention. Advance payment would be 30% of Total Construction Amount.
Lump Sum Constructions
We are prepay ring your BOQ as per the very Practical measurement of the Architectural Plan & the Schedule of Finishing what kind of Material your going to use for your Construction after wide discussion with you According to your requirement. do not be taken Practical Measurement to settle the Payments as a this type of Construction .you Can settle the Payment accordingly any kind of Agreed stages without 5% Retention. Advance payment would be 30% of Total Construction Amount.
Prime cost Constructions
We can tell you our Overhead and Profit ratio for the Labour Supply & handling, Tools, Technical Supervision, warrantee Risk & Our Profit Etc.
Labor salaries and Materials should be Supply by Client
Client will have to Settle the Payments every end of month to the Contractor type Having below
( Material Value +Lab our Salaries) x Profit ratio(18% )=Our Profit
